This will probably sound cheesy… But honestly, I love what I do so much it’s like taking a vacation. Getting to mix essential oils with natural ingredients and create the most amazing products is so much fun! My favorite things about developing new products is thinking about how these products will bring joy to our customers by reminding them of a happy moment in their life.

One of the ingredients that does that for me is the lemongrass essential oil. Growing up in Brazil (South America), lemongrass grew everywhere. My grandparents had so much in their backyard, we used to make tea and juices from it. Lemongrass juice is my favorite, and it is a natural relaxing herb. That’s why I love lemongrass so much!

In the fast paced generation we live, relaxing is almost a “job”. I’m always looking for ways to reduce stress and rest. The lemongrass essential oil is definitely the scent for that. Specially our lavender & lemongrass soap bar (lavender essential oil has similar properties). A warm shower in the end of the day with this soap put me right to sleep!

Lemongrass essential oil also can be used as a natural repellent (in a carrier oil), and it’s scent is a natural way to reduce nausea. So many uses for such a happy oil.
